The 19th ANNUAL MIAMI SIGNATURE CHEFS AUCTION presented by GOYA and RESORTS WORLD BIMINI is a premier event benefiting the March of Dimes and has become one of the most exciting and exclusive fundraising events in South Florida! The three hour evening features the best of the best in dining with Chefs from our top dining establishments serving tastes of their favorite dishes. The gourmet sampling and silent auction are followed by a seated dessert and live auction where guests can bid on unique packages featuring exclusive dining experiences, travel and more.  The Signature Chefs Auction offers elegant surroundings, sumptuous food, fragrant wines, and a night of revelry, corporate networking and fellowship.

Donations support the March of Dimes mission to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality.

The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.  The March of Dimes carries out its mission through research, advocacy, community services and education to save babies’ lives.

Every year more than 15 million babies are born prematurely; a million will die before their first birthday as a result. With your gift at the Signature Chefs Auction, you can help fund the research, education, and support to ensure more babies celebrate their birthday.

March of Dimes is the largest and most respected maternal-child health organization in the world. We help moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies. And if something goes wrong, we offer information and comfort to families.

More than 4 million babies are born in the United States each year, and the March of Dimes has helped each and every one through 75 years of research, education, vaccines, and breakthroughs.

An important component of the Signature Chefs Auction is Fund the Mission – an opportunity for everyone to make a donation to the March of Dimes. Each gift is 100 percent tax deductible and helps our foundation carry out its mission through research, advocacy, community programs and education on the local, state and national levels.
